CBF revê liminar do Flamengo e busca solução para executar partida; punição ao Rubro-Negro pode chegar a R$ 100 mil e eliminação

Após se prolongar durante a semana, o confronto entre Palmeiras e Flamengo foi adiado depois da demanda do clube carioca. No entanto, a CBF não recebeu bem a liminar que suspendeu o confronto que seria realizado neste domingo (27). A entidade máxima do futebol brasileiro fala nos bastidores em “tentar de tudo” para derrubar a decisão judicial que foi concedida em uma ação movida pelo Sindeclubes no Tribunal Regional do Trabalho do Rio de Janeiro.

A situação é monitorada desde a sexta (25). A ideia é que ela seja revertida por mandado de segurança – é uma medida jurídica urgente, que tem intuito de proteger um direito de uma ameaça imediata. Em apuração feita pelo “UOL Esporte”, a entidade já avisou à Rede Globo para que não faça mudanças na grade de amanhã, visando a realização da partida. Há confiança de que a liminar seja revertida ainda neste sábado.

Como informado pelo jornalista da rádio “Itatiaia” Wellington Campos, caso seja revertida e o Flamengo opte por não entrar em campo, a punição pode chegar a R$ 100 mil e até mesmo uma eliminação do clube de maneira precoce no Campeonato Brasileiro. Com 19 jogadores infectados, o Flamengo está em São Paulo por guia das dúvidas em busca de não sofrer graves consequências.
