Ingredientes:

  • 1 manga palmer ou 1 manga sem fiapo;
  • 1 pedaço de 1 cm de gengibre ralado;
  • 1 colher (café) de pólen;
  • 1/2 colher (café) de canela;
  • água mineral a gosto.

Modo de preparo:

Bata a manga, o gengibre e o pólen com o mínimo de água mineral (o suco deve ficar bem grosso). Coloque a canela dentro do copo e sirva.

Suco antioxidante

Ingredientes:

  • 1 cenoura;
  • 1/2 beterraba;
  • 1 laranja;
  • 1 maçã.

Modo de preparo:

bata no liquidificador a cenoura, a beterraba, a laranja e a maçã, com 2 pedras de gelo, deixando o suco consistente e refrescante.

Suco Cura Ressaca

Ingredientes:

  • 250 g de abacaxi;
  • 5 gotas de limão;
  • 1 talo de capim santo;
  • 4 folhas de hortelã;
  • 100 ml de água de coco.

Modo de preparo:

No liquidificador, bata todos os ingredientes com gelo e sirva.
