Governo confirma novo FGTS! Trabalhadores podem receber mais de 50% de lucro
A lei anterior, que estava em vigor desde o governo de Michel Temer, e previa a divisão de metade dos lucros, foi revogada.
A distribuição dos 100% do lucro do Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Serviço (FGTS) aos trabalhadores foi vetado pelo presidente da República, Jair Bolsonaro, conforme decisão publicada no Diário Oficial da União, em 2019.
No entanto, de acordo com informações oficiais, os trabalhadores poderão receber mais de 50% do lucro do Fundo.
A lei anterior, que estava em vigor desde o governo de Michel Temer, e previa a divisão de metade dos lucros, foi revogada.
Agora, de acordo com o setor da Secretaria Especial de Comunicação Social, o percentual de distribuição será determinado anualmente pelo Conselho Curador do FGTS. Além disso, a quantia será definida sem o teto de 40%, desconsiderando questões financeiras do fundo anual.
Todos os anos, o valor a ser repassado aos trabalhadores, referente ao lucro do FGTS, é calculado de forma individual, sendo proporcional ao dinheiro em cada conta em 31 de dezembro do ano anterior. Ou seja, contas com saldos maiores recebem mais; contas com saldos menores recebem menos.
Veto
O Ministério do Desenvolvimento Regional solicitou que a medida fosse vetada para não prejudicar os recursos para o programa habitacional Minha Casa, Minha Vida. Segundo o órgão, a distribuição total prejudicaria a população mais pobre e favoreceria trabalhadores de maior renda.
O pedido foi atendido pelo presidente Jair Bolsonaro.
“Ocorre que tal proposta contraria o interesse público, pois reduz drasticamente os descontos concedidos para famílias de baixa renda no programa Minha Casa Minha Vida, reduzindo o acesso ao programa pela camada mais necessitada da sociedade, bem como aumenta o lucro do FGTS, de forma a favorecer as camadas sociais de maior poder aquisitivo, que são as que possuem maior volume de depósitos e saldos na conta do FGTS”, diz o texto governamental.
Valores
O valor a ser repassado a trabalho é calculado de forma individual, sendo proporcional ao dinheiro em cada conta em 31 de dezembro do ano anterior. Nessa lógica, contas com saldos maiores recebem mais.
Vale lembrar que o veto não tira a distribuição de 100% do lucro de R$12,2 bilhões do fundo de 2018, uma vez que a medida foi editada em julho, um mês antes da distribuição integral do lucro ser efetivada. O rendimento do fundo em 2018 deve ser, com a distribuição do lucro, de 6,18%. O valor supera ao rendimento da poupança, que rendeu em torno de 4,55%.
