Idoso é preso em cabaré após comer quatro putas e mandar botar na conta de Ciro Gomes

Entre as ocorrências, a mais inusitada até o presente momento se deu na cidade de Pimenteiras, interior do Piauí, onde um aposentado de 78 anos mandou “colocar na conta do Ciro Gomes” o que havia consumido num prostíbulo, (ALGUMAS BEBIDAS ALCOÓLICAS E 04 PROSTITUTAS).
“Se ele não pagar, pode colocar meu nome no SPC”, declarou o idoso, identificado pela nossa reportagem como José Maria dos Santos sendo a pessoa de Felizardo Beneplácito, ex-funcionário da SUNAB.
O caso foi parar na delegacia, mas o delegado informou que não daria voz de prisão ao aposentado, porque comer e não pagar não é crime.
“De acordo com a lei civil, o que houve foi o não cumprimento de uma obrigação contratual por parte do consumidor, então o estabelecimento deverá inscrevê-lo no SPC”, declarou a autoridade policial.
Após ser informado da medida, o idoso apertou a mão dos presentes e pediu voto para o cearense, prometendo “assim que limpar meu nome”, voltar ao estabelecimento para repetir a dose
