O Não me Perturbe permite, de forma fácil e gratuita, evitar a oferta de produtos e serviços por meio de contato telefônico provenientes exclusivamente das Prestadoras de Serviços de Telecomunicações (Telefone móvel, telefone fixo, TV por assinatura e Internet) e pelas Instituições Financeiras (operações de Empréstimo Consignado e Cartão de Crédito Consignado).

O telemarketing é o termo utilizado para caracterizar a promoção de vendas e serviços por meio de contato telefônico. As atividades de telemarketing constituem um importante instrumento para o crescimento dos serviços de telecomunicações no Brasil.
Em iniciativa do setor, as principais Prestadoras de Serviços de Telecomunicações do país se reuniram para debater boas práticas e padronização de uso deste mecanismo, em alinhamento com o crescente debate do tema pela sociedade e em respeito ao cidadão.
Entre as propostas discutidas pelas Prestadoras, estava a criação de uma base de dados centralizada para coletar as informações dos usuários que não possuem interesse em receber este tipo de ligação. Essa iniciativa, apresentada à Agência Nacional de Telecomunicações, foi acatada e formalizada pela ANATEL para implantação pelas Prestadoras a partir de 16/07/2019.
Através deste website, o usuário que não desejar receber chamadas de telemarketing das Prestadoras de Serviços de Telecomunicações participantes (Telefone móvel, telefone fixo, TV e Internet) poderá realizar seu cadastro, informando o número de telefone que deseja realizar o bloqueio e a Prestadora para a qual não deseja receber chamadas.
Após a implantação do Não me Perturbe, os bancos que trabalham com o produto consignado solicitaram a participação no website, para permitir que os usuários solicitem também o bloqueio de ligações indesejadas relacionadas à oferta de Empréstimo Consignado e Cartão de Crédito Consignado.
Cada vez mais, as Instituições Financeiras que operam com o consignado preocupam-se em buscar a constante evolução da estrutura que o envolve, elevando o nível de qualidade dos serviços prestados. Nesse sentido, para aperfeiçoar o atendimento aos clientes na oferta do consignado, a FEBRABAN (Federação Brasileira de Bancos) em conjunto com a ABBC (Associação Brasileira de Bancos), instituíram a Autorregulação para o Consignado, com medidas de boas práticas a serem seguidas pelas instituições financeiras.
Dentre as medidas previstas, está a de manter à disposição do consumidor um serviço centralizado de bloqueio do recebimento de ligações para oferta de operações de consignado. Tendo em vista a solução já disponibilizada para o setor de telecomunicações, FEBRABAN e ABBC, em parceria com a ABR Telecom, uniram esforços para viabilizar de forma unificada (dentro do mesmo website) a construção do serviço de “Não me Perturbe” para o consignado dos Bancos.
Através deste website, uma vez cadastrado um telefone fixo ou móvel pelo consumidor na plataforma “Não me Perturbe”, os Bancos (e/ou seus respectivos Correspondentes (Consignados) selecionados) e as Prestadoras de Serviços de Telecomunicações participantes do serviço, não poderão realizar qualquer oferta de operações de Empréstimo Consignado e Cartão de Crédito Consignado (Bancos) ou oferta de Telefone móvel, telefone fixo, TV e Internet (Prestadoras) para esse telefone.
Importante destacar que o bloqueio não se aplica a ligações que forem realizadas ao consumidor para: confirmação de dados, prevenção a fraudes, realização de cobranças e retenção de solicitações de portabilidade, com ou sem oferta de refinanciamento e oferta de outros produtos bancários e outras modalidades de crédito.
O bloqueio ocorrerá em até 30 dias corridos a partir da data de solicitação.
