Os Correios pretendem utilizar a mesma tecnologia em outros serviços - Foto: Correios
As correspondências ganharam uma nova tecnologia que trará mais segurança e agilidade. Já disponível para clientes de contrato, a chamada Estampa 2D – um código QR Code estampado sob os envelopes -, poderá ser utilizada para quem enviar cartas, faturas e boletos. A novidade agrega mais controle, rastreabilidade e qualidade operacional às entregas simples. O código também reunirá informações adicionais, como número de contrato e lote de produção.
Os Correios pretendem utilizar a mesma tecnologia em outros serviços. A expectativa é que, a partir do segundo trimestre de 2021, tanto correspondências simples como impressos e mala direta usem o mesmo sistema.
O QR Code também aprimora o processo de gestão e tratamento da carga postal, otimizando, inclusive, o tempo de triagem das cartas. A nova tecnologia permitirá ainda aos Correios verificar o status de postagem e faturamento de cada carta, em qualquer tempo e etapa do fluxo postal.
Com a tecnologia, a empresa consegue identificar cartas em situação irregular, como, por exemplo, com selos adulterados ou inconformidades de informação. Outra vantagem do uso da codificação 2D será a integração entre diferentes soluções da estatal, agregando serviços digitais aos físicos, sem custo adicional para os clientes.
Uso do código
O uso do código também agiliza o atendimento nas agências. Por meio de uma plataforma de pré-postagem, os clientes poderão imprimir uma Estampa 2D para cada objeto antecipadamente. Ao autenticar-se no sistema com o ID Correios, o usuário poderá gerar o lote de pré-postagem e obter o rótulo de endereçamento padronizado com o código de barras.
Após fixá-lo no envelope, basta ir a uma agência dos Correios, apresentar o cartão de postagem, o número do lote da pré-postagem e concluir o atendimento. O uso da Estampa 2D para postagens à vista nas agências estará disponível, a todos os clientes, a partir de março deste ano.
