Piauí já vacinou mais de 80 mil pessoas contra a Covid-19
Com esses números, o estado chegou a 1,52% de cobertura vacinal.
O estado do Piauí vacinou 85.709 pessoas contra a Covid-19 até a manhã desta sexta-feira (26), sendo 69.929 aplicações da primeira dose e 15.706 da segunda. Os dados são do Vacinômetro, ferramenta digital que permite à qualquer pessoa acompanhar em tempo real o número de vacinados no estado.
Com esses números, o estado chegou a 1,52% de cobertura vacinal. Os 10 municípios que mais vacinaram, levando-se em conta a aplicação da segunda dose, segundo os registros das prefeituras no sistema, são: Barra D’Alcântara, Santa Rosa do Piauí, São Félix do Piauí, Pimenteiras, Pavussu, Campinas do Piauí, Alvorada do Gurgueia, Amarante, Ribeira do Piauí e Coronel José Dias.
O Piauí já iniciou a vacinação em idosos acima de 80 anos de idade. Nesta etapa serão contemplados 100% do grupo de 85 a 89 anos e 24% da faixa etária de 80 a 84 anos que estão acamados. As vacinas para esta etapa foram entregues pela Sesapi aos municípios nessa quinta-feira(25).
O estado também segue com a aplicação da segunda dose dos profissionais de saúde, idosos com mais de 60 anos e pessoas com deficiência vivendo em instituições de longa permanência, grupos que foram contemplados nas primeiras remessas dos imunizantes.
“O Piauí vem avançando na imunização da sua população. Com essa nova remessa, vamos conseguir atingir a meta 81% do grupo de profissionais da saúde vacinados. Chegamos também na vacinação de idosos acima de 80 anos, o que nos deixa muito animados. O Governo do Piauí vem buscando dialogar com os setores para que consigamos imunizar toda a população o mais breve possível”, destaca o secretário de Estado da Saúde, Florentino Neto.
À medida que o Ministério da Saúde viabilizar mais doses, as novas etapas do cronograma e público-alvo da Campanha de Vacinação contra a Covid-19 serão divulgadas pelo Governo do Piauí.
